Summer/Fall News '25
The TRMH Club recently finished a series of zoom video talks for our members. The talks were given by RMHA Committee members and were a great success. The video footage is available for members who missed the live talks to view. We aim to hold more in future so if members have a topic they would like to hear, please let us know...

Our online Club Trail Mileage Challenge and Photo competitions are fun for members, and they connect RMH owners from all over the UK and mainland Europe. It’s lovely to see photos shared of the diverse terrains we ride in. Members can join by finding the Transatlantic Rocky Mountain Horse Club Facebook page or by emailing the Club at trmhclub@gmail.com.
The Club is excited to be developing and launching a website aimed at breed awareness, and promoting RMH ownership and breeding in Europe. We are grateful to members volunteering time and expertise to get this done.

European member, Leonie de Jong runs regular training and clinics in the UK and the Netherlands and some of our members are looking forward to attending a clinic in Linde, Netherlands, in August.

The Club has organised a Mountain Horse Showcase in Cambridgeshire in the UK for July of this year, and are very grateful to Florida-based Chris and Tara Stone, and Virginia-based Marianne and Joe Jolley for giving us their time and sharing their expertise. We are very much looking forward to hosting and learning from them, with RMH from many parts of the UK attending. This event will be a great social gathering with under-saddle and in-hand training, club-provided trail obstacles and obstacle training, plus a show and futurity. In addition, it gives a rare opportunity for owners to gain certification for their horses from in-person examiners without the challenge of video submission.
We would love to be able to support members in every part of Europe who are organising and running their own events, in any way possible, so if this is you let us know by email to trmhclub@gmail.com or through the Club FB group.
Our Facebook page is the Transatlantic Rocky Mountain Horse Club, join us, we look forward to meeting you.
